In order for any new company to start you first need an idea. Once you have the idea then you need to raise capital. Any person who is willing to invest in the idea would need to know who will run the company (The operator who will be the director of company). Shareholders and directors will need financial reporting. (I.e. management accounts, financial statements, etc). At the beginning of any company there was an idea. An idea will always be just an idea if no action plan is decided on to turn that idea into reality.We feel there are many good ideas to create wealth out there. The problem is, people give up due to the fact that they have no capital to start it, or they do not know how to start. “It just costs too much, where am I going to get the money from? The investors we are looking for are people who have cash they wish to invest.
We do not want investors needing to borrow money or use savings, leaving them in financial straits if all does not go according to plan.
We look for high returns on our investment and therefore it tends to be more risking. In most of our investment, we prefer to make 1000 shares available.
We divide the investment by 1000 to obtain the share value. We also do not promote majority shareholding in order not to put financial strain on an investor.
All new investments will first be offered to our current investor portfolio. Should we do not raise the required funds then we will look for other investors to add to our portfolio.
